All prices are displayed in Omani Rials (OMR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We provide shipping within Oman. Delivery times vary based on your location and product availability. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days for orders within Oman. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery. If your shipment is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, customs procedures, or other events beyond our control.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. Returns must be in resalable condition with all accessories and instructions. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product or issue a full refund. Returns will not be accepted for customized products, products damaged due to misuse, or products that have been installed or modified.

We make no representation or warranty that use of our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or free of other harmful components. Products are available on an "as is" basis.
